In Greene County district court persons pleaded not guilty to charges as follows: Landon Arthur Vote, 17, of Paton, criminal mischief- first degree; and Max Sledge Crick, 36, of Jefferson, controlled substance violation, two counts. Trial dates were set for Sept. 29 in both cases.
Cases were initiated in district court as follows: Daniel Joseph Tasler, 35, of Jefferson, possession of marijuana- second offense; Shawna Marie McCullough, 38, of Yale, operating while intoxicated; Harvick Nathaniel Beal. 23, of Jefferson, assault causing bodily injury or mental illness; Gentry Lee Lowe, 36, of Jefferson, possession of marijuana; and Daniel Bermudez, 62, of Jefferson, operating while intoxicated.
